Hüper Optik Films Help Secure Energy Star Approved Status for Building in Hawaii

1132 Bishop Street, a commercial building owned and managed by Douglas Emmett Management, and installed with Hüper Optik Energy Saver Ceramic 35, has earned the prestigious Energy Star for energy efficiency, and is the first commercial building in the Dealer Network to secure this status. The installation of Energy Saver Ceramic 35 helped to seal the building's envelope so that it could meet pre-qualifications for Energy Star, www.energystar.gov.

Hüper dealer Keith Kishi, of ACE Glass Tinting, was the installing dealer for 1132 Bishop. "It was our pleasure to work with the facility team, and provide a solution that would save money, and help them earn Energy Star approval, "said Kishi. "We wanted to really understand the entire building envelope, before we recommended a Hüper Optik product." With the installation of Energy Saver Ceramic 35, the building's Energy Star rating went from the low 70's to the high 80's.

Experience X-treme Optiks...
A New Line of Automotive Films

Hüper Optik USA recently launched a new line of automotive films, X-treme Optiks, featuring five VLTs for use in addressing every legislative concern in terms of film application: X-treme 5, 20, 35, 40 and 50. X-treme Optiks films feature an extruded, color-stable technology, will not fade, and integrates successfully with the auto markets.

"We worked very hard upstream to deliver a film that had the dyes placed in the right part of the film's formulation: in the adhesive. This means an even and uninterrupted covering of a dye that will not diminish over time, because the naked eye only sees one color," said Hüper Optik's National Director of Business Development Harry Rahman.

Hüper Optik Nanoceramic and Select Series Films Are NFRC Certified

What does NFRC certification mean and how can it help you choose the best window film product for your home or office?

The National Fenestration Rating Council (www.nfrc.org) maintains the only uniform, non-federal testing procedure and guidelines for fenestration products in the U.S. The NFRC seal on a product means that the window film has undergone a comprehensive battery of tests. All results have been verified and confirmed by fenestration experts.

Hüper Optik's NFRC Certified films are: Ceramic 20, Ceramic 30, Ceramic 40, Ceramic 50, Energy Saver Ceramic 35 and 45, and Select Acht, Drei and Sech.
